The Deputy Group Manager, Credit and Collections is responsible for leading the Group’s end‑to‑end credit management and collection operations to support the dual objectives of driving revenue growth and protecting working capital. Ensures robust credit governance, timely collections, accurate customer risk assessment, and strong cross‑functional collaboration to minimize bad debts and support the Group’s financial sustainability.
